Returns and Refunds
How It Works
Order changes
Once your order has been placed we process & pack your order as soon as possible to ensure you receive it promptly. We do accommodate reasonable changes, but if your order has already been printed we cannot make any alterations at that stage. However, we do email a proof, for your approval, prior to print. Please contact us ASAP via our contact page if you have any questions or change requests.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible to check its status. If the order is yet to be printed, a full refund including shipping costs if applicable will be provided. If in the event your order has already been printed we cannot cancel at this stage.
Order cancellations may incur a fee to cover cost occurred to us via the payment gateway.
Orders late due to the post or lost in transit
Should an order be delayed with the postal service an investigation will be raised by the carrier. Once the investigation is complete an outcome will be sent to us. This is usually within 10 business days.
We are not liable for any delays due to the postal carrier.
In the unfortunate event an item is declared lost by the carrier you will be given the option of either a refund or replacement.
Returns Policy
We cannot accept returns for change of mind.
Should the item be damaged or incorrectly processed by 123 Little Me, a refund or replacement will be issued. Items must be returned in person or via tracked postage and in the same condition, proof provided, as when received. If returning via postage a receipt of postage confirming the tracking number must be kept by the buyer. Once we have received the return we will assess the item/items, and proceed with the refund or replacement.
